A friend told me about a guy who was looking for a female rider. The gig called for a stunt woman for a music video he was filming. Well, I’m no stunt woman, but I do ride a motorcycle. Turns out, there weren’t really any stunts involved, but I did get to ride my bike through some cool parts of town that I have never been through. In the video I ride my ’04 Ninja 250 through a cool tunnel located in one of Los Angeles’ freeways.
The film features the beautiful SuZie Del Vecchio, an up-and-coming Latin singer who is collaborating with trance DJ Christopher Lawrence. The director, Robert Lepe, was wonderful at guiding the entire crew. The title of the video is “A Little Rush” and frankly, I did feel a little rush while filming. I am forever rooting for the female rider, and this was the perfect opportunity for me to exert my voice through riding.
