Traxxion Dynamics’ Staff Completes Training at Öhlins USA’s new Technical Training Center

Members of the staff of Traxxion Dynamics comprised the first class to attend service and sales training at Öhlins USA’s new Technical Training Center in Hendersonville, North Carolina.  The new state-of-the-art facility is a key component in Öhlins ongoing commitment to providing their customers with highly trained Authorized Service Centers to support their line of products.  The ultimate goal is for any industry-related company to be able to use the facility for all types of training across all market segments.

Traxxion Dynamics has been servicing Öhlins components since its inception in 1998, but never in any official capacity.  Traxxion’s President, Max McAllister thought it was finally time to change that. According to McAllister, “We represent several product lines in addition to the products we manufacture under the Traxxion brand at our facility in Atlanta.  Öhlins has a much broader product range than any other company in the world.  It simply makes good business sense for us to become an Authorized Service Center and help meet their customer’s installation and service needs in the field.  After all, service and technical support is what our company is best known for.”

McAllister went on to say, “We have customers who love our company, and are also brand loyal to Öhlins.  We just want them to be able to buy their components and get service and tech support in one place.   Now they will be able to.  I believe it’s a win-win for both of our companies. The new Technical Training Center is just incredible, and the staff at Öhlins USA was extremely thorough in guiding us through all the intricate details of selling and servicing all of their components.  We look forward to a long and fruitful relationship.”

Mike Hensley, Sales Manager at Öhlins USA feels the same way. “I was excited to hear that Max and the guys from Traxxion were interested in building a stronger relationship with Öhlins.  They have a strong reputation for outstanding customer service which I believe is a good fit and will benefit both companies as well as Öhlins customers.”
